Should I have clean, dry hair for trial and wedding day? And should I have a skincare routine?

Yes to both! Clean dry hair is always recommended for the best result. I can always make your hair dirty with products!

+ Yes, face care is highly recommended. I recommend a facial with derma-planing before the big day for the best makeup results. I have some great recommendations for spas! Send me a message!

When should I book my bridal hair and makeup?

As soon as your wedding date is set! Most brides book 6–12 months in advance to secure their preferred date, especially during peak season.

Do you offer bridal trials?

Yes! A bridal preview (trial) is highly recommended about 2–3 months before your wedding to perfect your look and test styles. Done at my salon in Kingston Massachusetts.

How long does a trial take?

Usually 90 minutes to 2 hours per service (hair or makeup). This gives us plenty of time to customize your look and take detailed notes for the big day.

Do you travel to my location on wedding day?

Absolutely! We’re a mobile service and travel to your venue or getting-ready location. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

What products do you use?

We use professional, high-quality brands that photograph beautifully and last all day. Products are suitable for all skin tones and types, and everything is fully sanitized between clients.

Can you handle large bridal parties?

Yes! We can accommodate your bridesmaids, mothers, and guests. Additional stylists may join our team to ensure everyone’s ready on time.

What time will you arrive on the wedding day?

We arrive 15–30 minutes early to set up and start on schedule. You’ll receive a custom timeline so everything runs smoothly and stress-free.

How should I prepare for my day?

Please have clean, dry hair (washed the night before) and a clean, moisturized face. Wear a button-down or zip-up top, and have your veil or accessories ready.

What if someone in my party cancels?

Once your contract and headcount are finalized, that number is locked in to reserve your artists’ time. Refunds aren’t available for last-minute changes. We can always add in people we just cannot subtract.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, or Venmo. A retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is due one week before your wedding.

Can you stay for touch-ups or a second look?

Yes! We offer touch-up or second-look packages for ceremony-to-reception transitions. Add this when booking if you’d like us to stay longer.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

Let us know in advance — we can review ingredients and do a patch test during your trial if needed.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule if something changes

Do you offer services for engagement photos or bridal showers?

Yes! We love being part of all your special moments — engagement shoots, bridal showers, or boudoir sessions can be booked separately or added to your bridal package.
